Ensuring that we provide all of our student residents with the tools they need to succeed is the number one priority for us here at Brookside. Your student’s success both academically and socially is what we strive for every day. Our foundation is built on student opinion by assessing needs and interests of our current and future residents to optimize their living experience.
Taking strides towards academic success is at the forefront of our residents priorities. We also reward academic excellence by providing $150 to each resident that earns a 3.8 or above GPA and submits their transcripts to us within a week after grades are submitted
Brookside Downtown is strategically located to give students optimal positioning for making the most out of their college experience. There are six different buildings all located steps from both campus and downtown businesses providing the most beneficial location for all of our student residents.
